More Details on Bruno Arrest

No surprise, it turns out there was more to the story than the WAC-jobs wanted us to know. Remember those "involuntary" facial expressions?

Bruno was making various facial expressions of displeasure at the judge and he was admonished that if he did not cease doing this then he would be asked to leave the court. Bruno acknowledged the communication from the judge but continued to show his displeasure with his facial expressions. At which time the judge repeated himself and had Bruno removed.

There were claims that he was tortured, which somehow didn't make it into the 9-11 Blogger post:

As a student of Tim Turner and UCC sovereignty teachings he refused to identify himself.
He was put into a cold room. So cold that he got hyperthermia and passed out! When he came to he was asked his name but he refused to answer. So he got the treatment two other times and then the third time he said that the name on his bracelet was Bruno. (Note, if he answers their question then he has contracted with them and is now subject to their law which does not recognize the sovereignty of the individual so this is why he was refusing to say his name)

Hey, Bruno, don't forget that if your name is in all caps on the indictment, you can have the charges thrown out! And check that flag in the courtroom for a gold fringe!

Bruno is one of the sanest, most active and effective 911 truthers out there and he needs our help.

That says less about Bruno than it does about the rest of the "Truthers".

Additionally, two Judges set the bail so high that Eleda and Mark put up their house as collateral ($105,000), plus Laurel, Laurie and a family member of Bruno’s came up with $6000 down.

And we wonder why charlatans like Richard Gage and David Ray Griffin exist. These people are such easy targets.

I learned all sorts of things about the UCC back in law school, but "sovereignty" never came up!

Tellingly, a search for "UCC sovereignty" leads right back to this site.

$105,000? In L.A.?

And one that's free and clear? That is, wouldn't their mortgagor have a bit of a problem with their pledging of their house for the obligations of a nutjob?

It's a cockamamie debt removal/tax avoidance scam, sold by a variety of hucksters and bought by the sort of people who become 9-11 Truthers.

The details vary, but basically you file a bunch of odd paperwork that supposedly makes you "sovereign" or "not your strawman" or "not contracted with the United States government" or some status whereby you don't have to pay your taxes or debts anymore.

The article mentions Tim Turner, so here's a link to Freedom Documents by Tim Turner, which explains precisely what to do. An excerpt:

From the master disk, begin by making a "saved as" copy in red, enter your personal information, remove all blue instructions. Then make a "saved as" copy in black, highlight the entire document, go to Format/Font Color, pick black, click OK, and all the red in your document will be replaced with black. Print on bond paper. All strawman signatures are to be printed, capital letters only (same size), WET BLUE INK ONLY! All but one document are to be printed on 8 1/2" x 11", except the Act of State which is on 8 1/2" x 14".

And on and on it goes. But you can see why promoters of this garbage would be obsessed with minutiae; when it invariably doesn't work, they can easily say "oh look, you did it wrong, you signed it with a Bic Uniball instead of a Sharpie" or some such thing.

The funny part, if there is one, is that promoters of these scams all have different ideas what actions subject you to the rule of the U.S. government, and what actions can free you. We see some of this in the post about Bruno:

As a student of Tim Turner and UCC sovereignty teachings Bruno refused to identify himself.

(Note, if he answers their question then he has contracted with them and is now subject to their law which does not recognize the sovereignty of the individual)

Apparently the cops can't touch you as long as you just ignore them. Only when you respond to them do they have the right to initiate proceedings. Which is an odd position coming from someone who started the "talk to a cop" program.

Again from the external link:

It is then reported by the court that Bruno appeared and pled not guilty. But Bruno says he did not "appear" and did not plead. There are 6 witnesses that confirm his statement and that the statement from the court is a lie.

Translation: "Bruno physically went to the court, but because of super-secret legal maneuvers he did or didn't do, it doesn't count. Neener neener." You may recall using such an argument in your own life, when you were fighting with other 7-year-olds over who was king of the tree fort.

There are plenty of other statements just like this:

misdemeanor contempt of court even though he was never told that he was in contempt of court by the judge.

Again, what this really means is that the court system failed to operate by their silly set of rules, and therefore their actions don't count. Keep that in mind when you're reading the "sovereign" accounts of this case.

But the real tragedy is how Bruno's exposure in Tim Turner and UCC sovereignty has turned a public disturbance misdemeanor into a life-destroying prison sentence, and put his friends and family out thousands of dollars.

He probably could have just taken his "involuntary facial gestures" out of the courtroom and gone home. But because he had to be a douchebag about it, and then get a bunch of additional charges for following worthless "UCC sovereignty" bullshit, now he's looking at a fucking TERRORISM charge.

Good job, Bruno. You're the new Jason Gerhard. Who? Exactly.

Poor deluded nutbag.

The "personal sovereignty" scam is wedded at the hip with the "tax protest" movement.

And the nutbags are going to prison for extended periods. Of course, the scam was debunked long ago, as a cursory investigation of the "personal sovereignty" movement reveals.

Read much, much more about tax-denier delusions here. There's nothing in there about 9/11 but the section called "Fundamental Misconceptions, Illiteracy, and Illogic" is sure to remind you of several people.

A Truther named Gregory Fegel has moved into writing denialist articles about global warming for Pravda. It is interesting that the conservative "Newsbusters" says Pravda is right.

Nice that you want to conflate skepticism about bullshit "global warming "science"" with holocaust denial.

There is no such thing as "denialists". There is no such thing as "concensus on the science".

In fact, "global warming" "science" is being more and more exposed as the fraud it is.

"The UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change misled the press and public into believing that thousands of scientists backed its claims on manmade global warming, according to Mike Hulme, a prominent climate scientist and IPCC insider. The actual number of scientists who backed that claim was “only a few dozen experts,” he states in a paper for Progress in Physical Geography, co-authored with student Martin Mahony.

“Claims such as ‘2,500 of the world’s leading scientists have reached a consensus that human activities are having a significant influence on the climate’ are disingenuous,” the paper states unambiguously, adding that they rendered “the IPCC vulnerable to outside criticism.”

Ooooopsy!

Ok, here's my answer:

If one examines neotextual materialism, one is faced with a choice: either accept the subpatriarchial paradigm of consensus or conclude that consciousness may be used to exploit minorities, but only if sexuality is interchangeable with reality; otherwise, discourse is a product of the collective unconscious. In a sense, if Marxist class holds, we have to choose between neotextual materialism and constructivist capitalism. The characteristic theme of the works of Assholio is the failure, and some would say the absurdity, of pretextual class.

It could be said that if neotextual materialism holds, we have to choose between cultural neocapitalist theory and constructive materialism. An abundance of deconceptualisms concerning not, in fact, narrative, but prenarrative may be revealed

“Language is intrinsically meaningless,” says Foucault. It could be said that many discourses concerning the meaninglessness, and hence the genre, of posttextual class exist. Debord uses the term ‘the subpatriarchialist paradigm of context’ to denote the role of the poet as writer.

However, Sartre suggests the use of dialectic narrative to challenge and analyse society. If the subpatriarchialist paradigm of context holds, we have to choose between neocapitalist narrative and the precapitalist paradigm of narrative.

Right, assholio?

As a matter of fact, shit-for-brains, the answer to your idiotic question is yes.

That said, would you care to offer any evidence to the contrary, cretin? Because, so far, the troofers can't explain how 3,000 lbs. of nanothermite produces 10,000 tons of iron-rich sphere. Maybe you can get that fat, hirsute fucking retard, Tony Szamboti, to help your sorry ass.

Care to violate the laws of thermodynamics--you brain-dead cunt?

Conclusion: Another "epic fail", for the jackasses who staff the 9/11 troof movement.

So, where's your evidence, ArseHooligan?

After all, I'm waiting patiently for your Earth shaking "quantitative analysis" of the WTC dust samples.

Now, get to work, charlatan.
