Another Planter's Peanut

Pointed out by Do-Over Boy himself at the Loose Change Blog:

Anyone ever heard of Laura Knight-Jadczyk? How about her husband, Arkadiusz? Well...

Re: George Monbiot’s statement, "These conspiracy idiots are a boon for Bush and Blair as they destroy the movements some of us have spent years building"

Dear Guardian,

As a historian and author, and wife of a physicist, I am going to ask that your paper publicly apologize for calling me, my husband, and literally millions of other people - many of them well-qualified experts who have spent a great deal of time researching this matter - "idiots."

Laura Knight-Jadczyk

Well, commenter Matt thought he'd look into Laura Knight-Jadczyk. Turns out that she may not be an "idiot", but she's certainly a kook:

In front of the group, she laid out the basics of her story. She said she was a psychic, a channeler and a hypnotherapist who had worked with people who had possibly been abducted by aliens; in passing, almost as an afterthought, she mentioned that she was also an exorcist. As if that weren't enough, she said that she and her children had once seen two UFOs, gliding across the sky over their house in New Port Richey.

And that's the normal crackpottery; the David Icke stuff is just plain weird:

This was overwhelming enough for Laura and her mother. Other episodes were far more frightening. Once, at age 3, Laura woke from a nap with a sensation that something was about to happen. She heard footsteps approaching on the gravel outside the house and wondered if she should run to the closet or crawl under the bed. Before she could move, a strange face appeared at the bedroom window, a face similar to that of a large lizard. In her mind, she heard the face talking to her.

"There's no point in thinking about hiding," it told her. "When the time comes, we will find you, no matter where you go or what you do."

Similar incidents followed during Laura's childhood. Once, she saw her bedroom window opening, as though something was trying to get her. Another time, she woke with a start and saw a vision in which frightening creatures -- lizard creatures, just like the face at the window -- took her into the woods and showed her a shallow grave holding the corpse of a baby, with its hands and feet severed. The creatures warned her that she could easily end up the same way.

According to this webpage, she's formed a cult:

This was Laura Knight-Jadczyk and her channelled material came from a mysterious source: "We transmit "through" the opening that is presented in the locator that you represent as Cassiopaea, due to the strong radio pulses aligned from Cassiopaea, which are due to a pulsar from a neutron star 300 light years behind it, as seen from your locator. This facilitates a clear channel transmission from 6th density to 3rd density."

These beings apparently communicated with Ms Knight-Jadczyk through the means of a Ouiji board and with the help of another individual, Fred Irland, whose name, curiously enough, can be found nowhere in the published Cassiopaean material. At first, the communications were the ordinary sort of thing expected from ouiji aliens. But as they got better at it, the answers began to take on a life of their own.

And this is somebody that Dylan points out to prove that 9-11 Deniers aren't "idiots"?

I used to think that there were not that many crazy people out there. Looks like I was way way off!

So, were the Lizard-Cult behind 9/11 as well as 7/7?

Are they TRYING to assemble the world's greatest team of crackpots? Because if they are, they're doing a great job!

I wish I were the MSM. "Dear Ms. Knight-Jadczyk, You're right, of course. We should not have associated your ilk with idiots and we apologize unreservedly to idiots for having done so. Sincerely, the Beeb."

"It's like a roll-call for morons."

Also sounds like a great way to filter out the stupid in things like job interviews.

"So.. Bob, you think 911 was an inside job..... Well, thanks for coming in.... don't call us, we'll call you"

Do Over Dylan must be quite desperate if he's making a plea to authority using the cassiopaeans as reference. Check their website ("Signs Of the Times") and forums for a good laugh at the level of kookiness from these people.

Is Jadczyk her lizard/alien name?

I cited your blog on my most recent post in my blog. You're doing an excellent debunking 9/11 lies and myths, which sadly shouldn't need debunking. I would appreciate it if you could take the time to check out my blog and maybe refer it. http://www.thatcrazyconservative.blogspot.com/

Thanks,
Geoff

Hey retard, I don't make a habit of reading racist websites. Not having children of my own, I don't watch the specialty cable channels for childrens programming either.

Blinding hatred for other ethnicities and faiths + the intellectual stimulation of Barney the Dinosaur (aka "the purple pedophile", aka "Molestasaurus rex") = no reason for me to log at your silly little blog.

Though I'm sure it's very nice compared to other angry children flinging their feces across the net, Billy.

Well Billy, what do you expect?

Racism is a philosophy that requires only a few very simple logical steps to get away from. Yet you seem incapable of grasping performing them.

How many times have we tried to explain to you that there is a specialized science that deals with the manipulation of the physical forces of nature in the creation of structures and that the practitioners of this applied science are overwhelmingly against your interpretation of the events of 9-11?

How many times have we linked for you the testimony of firefighters of what they observed happening to WTC7 that day?

How many times have we linked the JREF forums for you, where you can talk to RMackey, Guinn and other engineers who post there and have them explain to you the real science of what happened that day?

Yet time and time again, you prove incapable of grasping these concepts.

I'll admit I snapped just a little the other day when you came around yet again, with your head so far up your ass that you can do your own dental work, spewing the same nonsensical gibberish that we have shown you reasonable, logical, simple explanations for over and over and over again.

The inevitable conclusion is that you are a person of below average intelligence who follows his own hatreds over any actual evidence.

In another time and place, you would have been the guy on the loading ramp, pushing human "cattle" into train cars not caring where they go as long as it was away from you. Here and now, without a million mindless followers marching at your side, without a single charismatic leader to unite the minions, you're just pathetic.

Doesnt the truth movement remind you of a collection of every "nutty" professor, every "wingnut" bag lady you have ever met, all curld up into one little convenient grouping.

Kind of surreal.

This is my favorite idiocy of this whole BBC thing. We've been screaming at the troofer idiots since delphi_ote found the little turds that everybody knew that Building 7 was going to come down. And now they think it's a big smoking gun that the BBC had "advance knowledge."

Dear idiot troofers: EVERYONE KNEW THAT 7 WORLD TRADE CENTER WAS DONE FOR. EVERYONE. WELL, OK, EVERYONE EXCEPT FOR YOU IDIOTS. The fact that some stressed news editor confused "will collapse" with "collapsed" is just the childhood game of 'telephone' happening in real time, not proof of anything. Go back to explaining how the recovered flight data recorder proves there was no flight data recorder to recover.

The truth movement kind of reminds me of the British National Party, the ridiculous far-right political group in the UK. Their members are always getting arrested for assault, benefit fraud, mailing threatening letters - even stockpiling chemical weapons in one instance.

And yet, whenever I argue with one of them, they tell me to ignore those bad apples and concentrate on the men of substance in their ranks! Well, that's like a truther telling me to ignore the crackpots and focus on the dignified, intelligent members of their movement. There are no dignified, intelligent members.

Damn straight, Manny.

This is what made me snap at Billy when he came up with his "proof of foreknowledge" remarks after we had told him again and again and again that engineers and firefighters predicted a natural collapse (natural for those circumstances) without any need for explosive help.

Hey! Some TV news pencil pusher just improperly conjugated a verb! We better call back the troops, shut down the border stations, send word of our surrender to Osama Bin Laden and start handing out burqas to our women, then.
[/sarcasm]

Bill, that looks like a pretty neat little site; I assume it's all set up for you and then you add the content--videos, etc?

Geoff, happy to link.
